Carriage House Farm presents the first farm-to-table dinner of the 2016 series!
This dinner will feature a forage party led by Botanist Abby Artemisia where guests will learn identify in-season wild edibles and their uses. The dinner will focus on a mix of wild edibles and mid-spring garden produce, prepared by Chef Mark Bodenstein and Chef Doni Attebery of Nuvo at Greenup.
Alcohol is not served. Ticket holders will be presented a menu from which they can pair their own drink selections which they are welcome and encouraged to bring to the dinner.
Cost: $150.
