Community Urban Agriculture Tour

See an array of agricultural practices in an urban, small-scale setting. From bees to chickens, greenhouses to hoop houses, and fish to fruit, University Church's eight acres showcase something for everyone, including a growing community garden. Enjoy the morning learning about agriculture and how you can apply those practices in your own backyard.
This event is offered by The Ohio State University Sustainable Agriculture Team as part of the 2016 Ohio Sustainable Farm Tour and Workshop Series. In total, the series features 32 farm tours and 10 educational workshops, offered in partnership with OEFFA, Advancing Eco Agriculture, Ashtabula Local Food Council, Columbus Agrarian Society, and Our Harvest Research and Education Institute.
