Blue Rock Station is a working farm with a real goat herd. Annie Warmke, the goat herder, has been keeping goats and making cheese for over a decade. The time with her will include lively stories of Ohio and foreign lands,plus practical information about no nonsense cheese making. You'll enjoy meeting new people, and especially the high tea Blue Rock Station-style, and cheese sampling.

* The basics of cheese making for the farmstead
* Recipes for a variety of basic cheeses
* How to make easy cottage cheese and ricotta cheese
* Tools you'll need that can be found around the house
* How to preserve cheeses in a variety of ways
